TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Brief Description and Mechanism of the Online Voting

i. Yeah Pay! 2.0 (“Competition”) is a reality show in coaching a pool of upcoming micro-influencers
in Malaysia by four veteran KOLs. The Competition is organized by Astro Productions Sdn. Bhd.
and/or its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “Astro” or “Organiser”). The Grand Final of the
Competition (“Grand Final”) will be held on 30th October 2021 and broadcast live at 8:30pm on
AEC & AEC HD (CH346 & CH306), XUAN’s YouTube Channel, XUAN TV Facebook and Shopee LIVE.

ii. The Online votes will be converted into marks for the Online Votes criteria in Grand Final. The
highest ranking will receive 20% in his/her marks, second ranking will receive 15% in his/her marks
and third ranking will receive 10% in his/her marks.

iii. The Voting shall be made available from 12:00am, 17th October 2021 until 9:00pm, 30th October
2021 or such other time (“Voting Period”) as may be determined by the Organiser at its sole and
absolute discretion.

iv. Online votes received after the Voting Period will not be counted.

v. In the event of a tie, both Contestants will receive the same marks.

2. Voting Mechanics
i. The Online Voting is open to worldwide potential voters (“Voters”) with basic access to the internet.
The Voters are required to log in to the website (www.yeahpay.xuan.com.my), with a valid Facebook
account or Google account. Voters will need to agree on the Yeah Pay! 2.0 Online Voting Terms and
Conditions and Privacy Notice prior to voting.

ii. Each valid Facebook or Google account is allowed to vote five (5) times per day, limited maximum
three (3) votes to a Contestant.

iii. The webpage will show the ranking from 17th October 2021 to 30th October 2021. Final result will be
announced during the Grand Final.

iv. Voting Period shall start from 12:00am, 17th October 2021 until 9:00pm, 30th October 2021 or such
other time as may be determined by the Organiser at its sole and absolute discretion. By the cut-off
time 9:00pm on 30th October 2021, the website will display the ranking for each Contestants. The
“Vote” button will be removed upon the end of the Voting Period.

v. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or modify the mechanism.

vi. The Online Voting is open to all potential Voters of all ages. All Voters under the age of eighteen (18)
years must seek parental and/or guardian approval before participating in the Online Voting. The

Organiser considers it is the responsibility of parents and/or legal guardian to monitor their children’s
(who is below the requisite age) participation in the Online Voting.

vi. The Grand Final Contestants’ names are listed below:

viii. Voters must adhere to the voting mechanism as may be notified or communicated by the Organiser
during the Competition Period.

ix. The Organiser at its own discretion reserves its rights to modify and/or amend the terms provided fit
at its own discretion.

3. Charges
i. Charges are not applicable for the Online Voting Service.

ii. However, Voters are responsible for own telecommunication providers’ and/or service providers’
charges for mobile, Internet or data access incurred as a result of use of service.

4. Voting Entries & Eligibility

i. Each online vote submitted shall be deemed as a voting entry (“Voting Entry”) or (“Voting
Entries”) by the Voter.

ii. Each Voter’s registered Facebook or Google account is restricted to FIVE (5) votes per day. All
votes allocated for the day concerned must be utilized by the end of that particular day and can
be casted for different contestants or the same contestants in a day, limited maximum THREE (3)
votes to a contestant.

iii. The Voter must ensure that their votes are complete and accurate. The Organiser shall have the
right to disqualify any Voting Entries which are incomplete, invalid or not made in accordance
with the Terms and Conditions herein.

iv. All votes must be submitted in the language specified. Votes in any other languages will be
rejected by the Organiser.

v. Voters under the age of eighteen (18) must seek parental and/or guardian approval before
participating in the Voting. The Organiser considers it is the responsibility of parents and/or legal
guardian to monitor their children’s (below the requisite age) participation in this Voting.

vi. In the registration or subscription form whose application for the relevant telecommunication
service has been approved and accepted by the telecommunications service provider it subscribes
to, the Organiser will not entertain any complaints (whether made orally or in writing) with
respect to such unauthorized votes made by voters.

5. Proof of Receipt
Proof of Voting Entry sent by Voter does not constitute proof that the Voting Entry was received by
the Organiser.

6. Adherence to Voting Terms & Conditions

All Voters shall be required to adhere to these Online Voting Terms and Conditions including any
changes made thereto. The Organiser reserves the right to disregard the Voting Entry, in the event
any of the Online Voting Terms and Conditions and/or Website Terms of Use and Notices are not
adhered to.

7. Variation to the Terms & Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Online Voting Terms and
Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Voters agree that he shall be bound by such
changes.

8. Exclusion of Liability
The Organiser will not be responsible or liable for:

i. Any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or
failure in the voting process due to browser errors as a result of any network, communication or
system error, interruption and/or failure experienced by the participating website service
providers and/or by the Organiser and/or resulting from participation in the Voting howsoever
arising. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, the Organiser shall not be
responsible or liable for any failure by any Voter to participate in the Voting at any time.

ii. Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by the Voter or their authorized
representatives resulting from their participation in the Voting.

iii. Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or
entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of
technical faults, server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes.

iv. Any other errors, acts or omissions by the participating browser service providers.

9. Disqualification
Without prejudice to any rights which the Organiser may have in law, the Organiser reserves the right
at its sole discretion to disqualify any Vote that it determines to be tampering with the entry process
or the operation of the Voting, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Voting Terms and
Conditions.

10. Suspension
The Organiser further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or delay the Voting in
the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for any reasons whatsoever
at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.

11. Governing Law

These Voting Terms and Conditions shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with
the laws of Malaysia.

12. Organiser’s Decision

All decisions made by the Organiser pertaining to all aspects of the Voting including without limitation
the process and manner the votes are counted, and vote results shall be final, and no correspondence
shall be entertained.
