How do I register my SIM?

For newly bought Prepaid SIMs:

Insert your SIM and open your mobile data.

Register your SIM thru the following Channels:

Via self-service: Access smart.com.ph/simreg and register your SIM. Access to the site is free of charge to all subscribers.

Or visit any of the following Smart Channels:

Smart Stores

Smart Hotline – call *888 on your Smart/TNT mobile or (02)8888-1111 using your landline

Smart FB Messenger, or

GigaLife App

For existing Prepaid subscribers: Subscriber can register their SIM thru the following Channels:
Via Self-service: Access smart.com.ph/simreg and register your SIM. Access to the site is free of charge to all subscribers.

For new and existing Smart Bro Prepaid and Prepaid Home WiFi subscribers: Subscriber can register their SIM through the above-mentioned
Channels. Please note that you will be asked to enter an OTP. To retrieve OTPs, please insert your SIM to a mobile device, or access your SMS
Inbox through your device’s dashboard. Please click here for the step-by-step procedure.

For Postpaid Subscribers

For Existing Postpaid Subscribers as of December 26, 2022, they can simply text YES to 5858 to confirm the use of their existing account details,
submitted during their Postpaid application, for SIM Registration.
For New Postpaid Subscribers beginning December 27, 2022, they will be asked to comply with the confirmation requirement for SIM
Registration by accepting the Postpaid Terms and Conditions to activate their Postpaid subscription.
