Objective
Music has always been a passion of mine. I found myself naturally gifted at a young age and have since involved myself in a
number of vocal and instrumental activities. I want a job in the future that does not actually feel like one. I cannot wait to
become a Music Educator, where I will "never work a day in my life."
Schools Attended
Columbus High School 2019-2023
Student Activities

not limited to) jazz, pop acapella, and choral pieces. The group rehearses during the
school year and frequently travels to perform both privately and competitively. The
New World Singers is a very decorated group, as they have won or been ranked very
high at events such as the Midland Acapella Festival, the Northeast Jazz Festival,
District Music Contest, and much more.

as they have won or been ranked very high at events such as the Midland Acapella

To Whom it May Concern:
I am the Head Coach of a Nebraska Quakes softball team and Jenna Taylor is a player on my team.
As a player, Jenna always possessed a competitive spirit to get better in her position and grow her skills. Throughout the
year, she never faltered to ask for extra training, drills, or activities that she could work on outside of normal practices. This
work ethic showed by her success on the field. I've always put a premium on building character and leadership while being
humble. She understands what it means to give back. Jenna exemplified these skills through her leadership and being a
great teammate on my team. She is the footing on this team that the younger players look up to get us through and bring a
smile to our faces during the tough times.
Jenna is talented, smart hard-working, driven, and most of all, humble. She understands what it means to give back. Jenna
sings or plays music for the elderly in the local nursing/retirement home or volunteers as a youth gymnastics coach,
illustrating her leadership skills and humble nature.
Jenna has a beautiful voice, is musically intelligent, and has a great passion for the field. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her
as a coach or stop to listen to her music.
Should you have any further questions about Jenna, feel free to reach me at 402.594.5719.
Thanks,
Rory Bowen
