That the entire country is still under a national emergency and consequently on transitional recovery to COVID 19 pandemic. 2. That pursuant to DepEd Order No. 30, series of 2022 on the School Calendar and Activities for SY 2022 ~ 2023, S days in-person classes will now resume for which the FIRST PARTY needs to do a lot of preparations to ensure the smooth transition from the Blended to face to face learning modalities. 3. That under the 3 days in-person classes, teachers need to prepare the classrooms in compliance to health safety protocols set by the IATF and the Department's issuances. These include preparing instructional materials, planning organized classes, conducting face-to-face classes for 5 days in a week, giving performance tasks and writing assessments, and the like; 4. That due to teacher volume of work, there is a need for Teacher Volunteers (TVS) to bridge the gap between teachers and learners, and to assist DepEd teachers in preparing and instructional materials, and in doing some other related tasks; ‘That TVs shall be open to all interested qualified teacher applicants subject to the terms and conditions; a. That TV's shall render voluntary work for not more than three (3) hours for at least three (3) working days within the week, 'b. That there will be no compensation for the work rendered however, such hours of work rendered will be credited as points during the Division Assessment for Teacher-1 in the Division (see D.O No 7, S. 2015 & DO 3, S. 2016). TVs earn 0.15 as Teaching Experience for every month of voluntary work rendered. ©. That the TVs shall assist teachers with leaning modalities including implementation of school reading intervention program where they services are needed most; 4d. That TVs must at least be living intend to serve; e. That TVs must abide by the health protocols in the Division and/or DepEd, of the different LGUs, the Provincial Government of Isabela and the IATF; £. That Vs shall render no other work except as herein provided. g.
