Minutes of the Meeting

Meeting started with a prayer.

Our principal, Mr. Romel M. Tarun attended the said meeting and gave a short message about
the importance of the organization and the things that YES O or all the pupils of Magassi E/S
must do.
After Sir Romel, the adviser, Ms. Kimberly Masiddo discussed about the agenda to be done by
the officers.
Agenda:
1.Tree Planting with in the school premises
2.Maintenance of cleanliness of the school
3.Segragation of waste (3 Rs)

Our adviser, ma’am Kimberly Masiddo disseminated an information about the schedule of tree
planting within the school premises and what are the things to be done.
She also reminded the officers about the segregation of waste.

The meeting started with a prayer by Prince Rod C. Matias, the President of YES-O.
Ma’am Kimberly Masiddo, the adviser of YES-O discussed about the upcoming Quiz Bee about
the environmental related activity on January 20, 2023 as a part of the activity of the Patronal
Fiesta of Cabagan.
She reminded the officers to always monitor the segregation of waste.
