Greetings of peace and serenity!

The Girl Scouts of the Philippines is conducting an annual evaluation of the

CHIEF GIRL SCOUT MEDAL SCHEME. Mercedes National High School with Troop
No. 140 would like to produce a Senior Girl Scout to be able to accomplish a
Community Development Project. This activity aims to instill registered girls with good
values derived from scouting, to become responsible citizenry of the country and to
contribute in the peace and order situation of the community which is part of the
Curriculum Instruction.

In line to this activity, the undersigned would like to seek permission if you could
allow girls from our school to join in a Symposium for the CGSMS tomorrow (April 5,
2023) at 8:30am in the covered court. This is to give a deeper understanding of what it
is all about.

Also, inviting our active and willing Titas to be in the said Symposium as they will
be handling a girl scout to be working with them. The following are:
