Greetings in the name of committed service!

With reference to GSP Council Memorandum no. 2, series of 2023, the Girl
Scouts of the Philippines shall hold its 9th SIMULTANEOUS SCHOOL CAMP on
November 11-12, 2023 with the theme “Girl Scouts: Together We Can Heal the Earth”.

In support of the said activity, Toribio Minor National High School will conduct
scouting activity participated by one hundred five (105) students and facilitated by
fifty-one (51) teachers and staff. It is an effective co-curricular program in the
leadership and value formation of our students and as well as to develop them into
well-rounded individual with exemplary character worth the emulation of the learners.

Anent to this, our primordial concern is the safety and security of our
students. Therefore, we are humbly requesting the presence of some of your
great men in uniform to be with us on the mentioned date especially during the
conduct of the evening session activities.
