FOR SERVICE AND EXCELLENCE AWARDS
1. Relative to the conduct of the SDO Memorandum # 446 and 450, Program on
Awards and Incentives on December 16, 2022, this office announces the list of
school awardees. (Please see attached enclosures)
2. All awardees are enjoined to attend the awarding at their designated time as
stipulated in the attached schedule provided by the SDO. Once the award is
received, the awardee may go back to school at once to re-join the school year
end party.
3. Department Heads and SBM Leaders are requested to attend the Division
Awards on the designated time. ( Please see attached enclosure)
4. Please be guided accordingly.
