NARRATIVE REPORT
On November 22, 2022, Friday, all the Manga NHS teachers convened at
the Science Room for the conduct of the School Learning Action Cell. It started
with a registration of all the teacher participants at 1:00 o’clock until 1:30 P.M.
Mr. Joel B. Lumasag presented the LAC objectives and Mrs. Sheila B. Cubio
was introduced as the speaker and one of the facilitators of the session. Mrs.
Alicia N. Platero, the Head Teacher challenged all the participants during her
opening remarks. The session started when Mr. Joel B. Lumasag gave the
overview of what is responsive environment engage learners. He clearly
discussed the guiding principles on how to make teaching responsive to the
learners. She also stressed how teachers can become effective learning
advocates. Then Mrs.Cubio presented the 21 tips on how to make a learning
environment that motivates learners to work productively. The session was
finished after three hours.
The teachers enjoyed their moment of sharing significant encounters and
experiences in their teaching career. She also asked some teachers to impart
their best practices in teaching that utilizes creativity. The participants made
their reflection papers as their output after the session. Then a true -false test
was given by the facilitator as take home test measure teachers understanding
on the topics discussed during the session.
The LAC session ended with a closing prayer which was led my Mrs.
Aurelia B. Ernal.

NARRATIVE REPORT
December 9, 2022 all the teachers of Manga National High School were
gathered for the conduct of the SLAC session. The registration happened at
1:00 o’clock and lasted until 1:30. The statement of purpose, training
schedules and the house rules were presented by Mrs. Sheila B. Cubio who
happened to be the facilitator of the session.
The session started right then. Mrs. Sheila B. Cubio who gave the
overview of what is the Teaching Strategies That Develop Critical and Creative
Thinking. The session was conducted for three hours.
Along the discussion, the teachers were given time to share their
understanding about the topic given to each of their pair. Mr. Lumasag and
Mrs. Sheila B. Cubio assisted in distributing the sample forms to the teacher
participants. The teachers were given the time to Think-Pair and Share.
After the sharing and series of discussion, the teacher participants took their
snacks and prepared themselves to go home after the closing prayer which was
done by Mr. Eulogio P. Apatan Jr..
