- Guided by the principles of fairness, accountability, and transparency to the

shareholding public, the company ensures that the result of the votes taken during the
most recent Annual or Special Shareholders’ Meeting is made available the next working
day.

-URC has grown from a small Philippine manufacturer to become one of the largest
ASEAN-based multinational corporations. There will be prudent and purposeful changes
in the way they operate as they work toward sustainable business practices. These
changes will result in financial gains that are in line with our short- and long-term
objectives. It will also improve their capital market positioning and brand equity while
increasing value for all of their stakeholders.

sustainable supply chain while maintaining product quality. URC is dedicated to
maintaining customer satisfaction and confidence. We intend to promote responsible
production and consumer well-being through food safety as we continue to operate our
business. Furthermore, we protect our customers at every stage of our supply chain by
adhering to the International Organization for Standardization standards (ISO).
