Use
These products are used in SinorixTM CDT-V, SinorixTM 1230, SinorixTM 227, and
SinorixTM CO2 automatic gas extinguishing systems, and Sinorix TM H2O Jet
automatic water mist extinguishing systems.

Functions
Fittings have different types of application and are mainly used in the pilot circuit of
an automatic extinguishing system or to plug open ports in a discharge network.
They connect pilot circuit components: valves, pilot hoses, pressure reducing
valve, alarm horn, etc.
ADAJIC L8 fitting
The ADAJIC L8 fitting is used to install the SPAH10-A pneumatic alarm horn and
the L10/200 pressure reducing valve.

Notes

This product may only be installed by Siemens-authorized specialized installers,
with experience in the design, installation and maintenance of automatic
extinguishing systems. During installation, it must be ensured that:
● this product is installed in compliance with the accident prevention regulations
and national regulations in force,
● this product is used as intended,
● any danger is avoided,
● Siemens requirements are met (assembly instructions, technical instructions,
commissioning, and operating instructions),
● the operators have received and understood the information related to this
product.
At commissioning, ensure compliance with the legislation in force, technical
regulations and safety instructions.
Failure to comply with Siemens' instructions may result in serious bodily injury or
significant property damage, for which Siemens cannot be held liable.
Siemens reserves the right to make technical modifications and/or improvements at
any time.

Mounting

Refer to the commissioning instructions for detailed assembly procedures.

NUJIC fitting
The NUJIC fitting is comprised of a nut and a ferrule. This fitting is mounted on a
diameter 4 or 6 pipe.

Maintenance

Storage
● Store in its original packaging, protected from shocks.
● Storage time: not specified.

Inspection every six months

● Check that the product is in a good condition.
● Check by hand that the product is corrected tightened and re-tighten if
necessary.
● Check that there is no trace of corrosion. If needed, replace the fitting.
FUIJIC fitting
● Check that the vent hole is not plugged.
