The selected candidates will report directly to the Head of the Division/Unit concerned for documentation and appointment, etc. 6. While issuing provisional offer of appointment, the candidate may be asked to produce the originals of educational certificates and other documents such as caste certificate, certificate of date of birth etc. on the day of reporting/joining. 7. Its directed that the following Original documents/particulars of the candidate(s)may be checked thoroughly at the time of issue of provisional appointment order / joining, with reference to the eligibility conditions notified vide this office Notification No. Staff/Rectt/Sports Quota/Notification/2021 dated 25.10.2021: (a) Certificate regarding Date of Birth. (b) Certificate relating to Educational qualification and Computer Knowledge. (c)__SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificates, if any, issued by the competent authority in prescribed format approved by the Government of India (a) Inrespect of OBC candidate, the extant guidelines regarding creamy layer status be strictly followed. Page 20f3 37 |e (2) Age relaxation for various categories under Sports Quota recruitment, as mentioned below, may be allowed on production of necessary certificates as per 5 of the Notification dated 25.10.2021. (f) Valid Photo ID proof. @ —(g)_ Photograph, Signature in the applications need to be verified with those the candidate(s) may actually submit at the time of joining the service. 8. The respective Divisional / Unit Head should take further action to issue offer of appointment / formal appointment orders observing usual formalities including verification of educational certificates, caste certificates collection of pre-appointment papers etc. to be done as per the Directorate instructions from time to time. Applications along with the copies of the certificates in respect of the candidates are enclosed herewith for taking further necessary action at their end for appointment of the candidates. 9. In addition, pre-appointment formalities such as Character and Antecedent Verification & Medical Examination etc. of the candidate(s) may also be completed as per the extant Rules and Regulations of the Government. 10. If any information or document submitted by the candidate is found to be incorrect at a later stage, he/she is liable to be terminated from the service. 11. The Divisional/Unit head concerned will ensure fulfillment of the criteria of documentation for Computer qualification as per instructions contained in Para 6 (i) (b) and 6 (ii) (c) of the Notification dated 25.10.2021. 2. As per Directorate’s letter: No. 1-12/98/WL/Sports dated 10" March 1999 para no. 3(B) sub para 2{ili), the recruited Sports persons should be adjusted against the category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/UR) to which he/she belongs. 13.
