Bangladesh chaired the ceremony.
My Experience:

There were many stalls from different ministries such as Ministry of Social
Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry
of Women and Children Affairs, Ministry of Housing and Public works, Ministry
of Mass Education, Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, Ministry of
Land, Ministry of Food, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change,
Care Bangladesh, Save the Children, TMSS etc. I visited most of the stalls among
them but the ones that really caught my sight are mentioned and discussed below:

Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief:

The concerned ministry is responsible for taking

primitive and post incident safety measures for the poor
and unprivileged portion of the society from the effects
of natural, environmental and human induced hazards to
a manageable and acceptable humanitarian level and to
have in place an efficient emergency response
management system. Their goal is to ensure all the
necessary precautions that can reduce the impact of the
disaster and to bring a paradigm shift in disaster
management from conventional response and relief to a more comprehensive risk
reduction culture and to promote food security as an important factor in ensuring
the resilience of the community to hazards.
