Accessing Paragon servers via RDS Gateway

• Requirements:
o Microsoft Authenticator setup on your mobile device
o Microsoft Authenticator must be you default MFA method
• Setting up an RDP shortcut:
o Launch Remote Desktop Connection
o Show Options
o General tab
▪ Computer: SERVERNAME.phi.local
▪ Username: phi\USERNAME
o Advanced tab
▪ Click Settings button
▪ Connection settings:
• User these RD Gateway serves settings:
• Server name: rdsgw.paragonhealthcare.com
• Logon Method: Allow me to select later
• Uncheck: Bypass RD Gateway server for local addresses
▪ Logon settings:
• Check: Use my RD Gateway credentials for the remote computer
o Click OK
o Go back to General tab
▪ Connection settings:
• Click Save As to save the connection
o After saving, Click Connect
o You will be prompted for the Password > Click OK
o You will be sent a pop-up message on your mobile device to Approve sign-in > Click
