Sentiment Analysis is becoming an essential task for

academics, as well as for commercial companies. However,

most current approaches only identify the overall polarity of
a sentence, instead of the polarity of each aspect mentioned
in the sentence. Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis(ABSA)
identifies the aspects within the given sentence, and the
sentiment that was expressed foreach aspect. Recently, the
use of pre-trained models such as BERT has achieved state
of-the-art results in the field of natural language processing.
In this paper, we propose two ensemble modelsbased on
multilingual-BERT, namely, mBERT-E-MV and mBERTE AS.
Using different methods, we construct an auxiliary sentence
from this aspect and convert the ABSA problem to a
sentence-pair classification task. We then ne-tune deferent
pre-trained BERT models and ensemble them for a final
prediction based on the proposed model; we achieve new,
state-of-the-art results for data sets belonging to different
domains in the Hindi language.

Sentiment Analysis is becoming increasingly crucial for both

academia and the business world. Nevertheless, many
existing methods only detect the general sentiment of a
sentence rather than the polarity of each aspect mentioned
in it. Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) aims to identify
the aspects discussed in a sentence along with the sentiment
associated with each aspect. Recent advancements in natural
language processing have led to the development of pre-
trained models such as BERT, which have achieved state-of-
the-art results in this field. In this study, we introduce two
ensemble models based on multilingual-BERT, namely,
mBERT-E-MV and mBERT-E-AS. By constructing an auxiliary
sentence from each aspect using different methods, we
transform the ABSA problem into a sentence-pair
classification task. Subsequently, we fine-tune various pre-
trained BERT models and ensemble them to predict the final
outcome based on the proposed model. Our approach sets
new state-of-the-art benchmarks for datasets from different
domains in the Odia language.
