Ugly Christmas New Deal Sweater (or Shirt)

Extra Credit for Major Grade (5 points!) due Monday, Feb 27th

Term 3 extra credit assignment is here! For this, you need an old t-shirt, sweatshirt or sweater. It should
be a plain top with no other graphics. You can turn a shirt inside out. You will wear your ugly
shirt/sweater during the day (not just for my class) on Monday, 2/27. If you are absent that day, you lose
your opportunity for the credit!

Expectations
1. Your theme is the New Deal. Your assigned New Deal Program is posted on the wall. If you are up for
the challenge, I need your signature next to your name.
2. You must have at least 7 props on your shirt. You can have pictures, but NO MORE THAN 4.
3. On a separate sheet of paper (to turn in), you need to list your prop list and write the significance of
how each prop relates to your New Deal program. Each prop needs 2-3 sentences. Prop list should be
typed and significance should be well explained.
4. To earn your extra credit, you will need to wear the sweater on Monday, Feb. 27 (the due date). I will
need signatures and/or pictures from teachers the next day. If a lot of you have the same teacher
during a class period, then you can take a group picture.
5. Have fun. Pictures, toys, 3D stuff. Be creative.
