INDEMINITY BOND

This indemnity bond is made and executed at Delhi on 17th day of month MARCH 2023 by Mr.
DEEVANSHU THUKRAL S/o Mr. SATISH KUMAR. Address B-2/72 FIRST FLOOR, SECTOR-16 ROHINI, ROHINI
SECTOR-15 NORTH WEST DELHI, DELHI - 110089, Having of PAN No. BCBPT0341P, hereinafter called the
Executant in favour of Income Tax of India. Hereinafter called the Deptt.

Whereas the executant has applied for a changes date of birth on his existing PAN card i.e.
BCBPT0341P and the Department has issued a fresh PAN Card bearing No. AOWPT7107B and whereas the
Executant intend to surrender the PAN No. AOWPT7107B.

That in future the Executant will use only PAN No. BCBPT0341P for all purpose. And whereas
the Income Tax Department has agreed for cancellation / deletion of PAN No. AOWPT7107B in
consideration that the executant will keep the Income Tax Department, its officer, employee and agents
indemnified and harmless form and against any loss. Claims, costs, damages, demand, disputes,
proceedings whatsoever which may incur on account of surrendering PAN No. AOWPT7107B

The Executant further undertakes that she/he make good any loss of revenue thus
suffered/sustained by the Income Tax Department or any agency due to surrender the PAN No.
AOWPT7107B. The executant will also be liable for dues, outstanding which may be found in future.
