We have examined the the expenses claimed by M/S Cargaison Logistics

Express Private Limited for as per attached Annexure and have found them
to be in accordance with the rules and regulations applicable to the
organization.

I confirm that the expenses of Rs. 18,34,87,498 (Rupees Eighteen crores, thirty-
four lakh, eighty-seven thousand, four hundred ninety-eight Only.) claimed by the
claimant were incurred by them in the course of Construction of IT Building
at Plot No. D‐178, Phase 8B, Industrial Focal Point, Mohali i.e. Paid for
work contracts, Purchase of cement, Power Supply Charges, Purchase of
other construction and Building Material.
Based on my examination and review of the expenses claimed, I certify
that the expenses claimed are a true and accurate representation of the
expenses incurred by the claimant.
