As you can see here, my group has 4 members: Quynh Hoa, Thuy Van, Thao Van
and me- Thuy Linh.
Before going to our presentation, let me ask you a question: “What platform do
you use to design slides for your presentations like slidego, or canva…”
Ok, as you know, Canva is becoming increasingly popular at businesses and
universities because of its ease of use and aesthetics. There are many templates
available on canva that you just need to directly edit the content on it to complete a
neat and beautiful project. So today we will talk about canvas, the platform that our
team also takes the template from to make presentation slides. Our presentation is
divided into 3 parts. You can see the outline on the screen. Firstly, we will show
you the overview of canvas such as founded year, founder and so on. Secondly, we
will talk about skills that canva projects can help you practice. And finally, there is
a mini game for you guys to relax after our presentation.

Typography: Digital design and content aren’t only made up of pictures and

This skill combined with color theory skill can be applied in building a
professional resume and designing a business card. We will start with building a
professional resume. If you’re pursuing a career in the design field, building a
professional resume which is captivating and creative can earn you brownie points.
For this Canva project, you will have to think outside the box to emphasize the
vital areas of your resume. You will need to use uniform colors, the right font,
alignment, and arrangement of elements to draw the attention of recruiters.
Secondly, it’s designing a business card. The out of date, physical business card is
still a necessity in this digital age. One of the best ways to develop your skills in
graphic design, composition, color theory, and typography while marketing your or
your client’s business is by designing a business card. You can add the company
name, logo, address, number, and even social media channels. Make a great first
impression by creating a unique business card design in Canva.
