This study has been designed for the partial fulfillment of the degree of Bachelor of
Business Studies (BBS) prescribed in T.U. syllabus for four years program. The major
intention of this report is to study about the dividend policy analysis of Jyotibikas
Bank Limited and its primary objectives is to analyses the trend of dividend policy
and its relationship with other assets of Jyotibikas Bank Limited. This report has been
made with great attempt. The consciousness and attention is focused on the fact that
the report is prepared according to the objectives and program of the Faculty of
Management, Tribhuvan University. A detail list of authors and the books, which
were used as input in course of the preparation of the report, have been included the
