Dear Parents,

We have arranged a whole school trip to FONTANA, the first traveling water circus in the Middle East.
This will take place on 17th November in Festival Bay.

All students, FS2 to Year 10 are invited to come along.

This will be a wonderful experience for the students to witness artistic performances in an aqua
theatre like no other.
We have been able to book the entire theatre for PACE British School.

The cost of the trip is 100 AED per child.

Please sign up your child using the Google Form link below and send you payment in an envelope with
your child’s name and class clearly written on the front. This should be given to your class teacher by
14th November.

The children will travel to the circus by school bus and be escorted by teachers in a ratio of 1 member
of staff to 10 students.

The children will need to take a snack and water with them.

The children will come to school as normal with school uniform. The duration of the show is 90
minutes in total.

As the entire school will be attending the circus, if any child is unable to attend, we kindly ask that
they stay home on this day as we will not have enough adults left in school during the trip period to
look after children not attending the trip.

‫لقد قمنا بتنسيق رحلة مدرسية لجميع طالبنا إلى فونتانا‪ ،‬أول سيرك مائي متنقل في الشرق األوسط‪ .‬سيقام هذا السيرك في ‪ 17‬نوفمبر في‬
‫فيستيفال باي‪.‬‬

‫جميع الطالب من ‪ FS2‬إلى ‪ Year 10‬مدعوون للحضور‪.‬‬

‫ستكون هذه تجربة رائعة للطالب ملشاهدة العروض الفنية في مسرح مائي ال مثيل له‪.‬‬

‫تمكنا من حجز املسرح بأكمله ملدرسة بيس البريطانية‪.‬‬

‫تبلغ تكلفة الرحلة ‪ 100‬درهم لكل طفل‪.‬‬

‫يرجى تسجيل طفلك باستخدام رابط نموذج التسجيل أدناه وإرسال املبلغ في ظرف مع كتابة اسم طفلك وفصله بوضوح في الجهة األمامية من‬
‫الظرف‪ .‬يجب تسليم هذا الظرف ملعلم الصف بحلول ‪ 14‬نوفمبر‪.‬‬

‫سيذهب األطفال إلى السيرك بالحافلة املدرسية وسيرافقهم املعلمون بنسبة موظف واحد لكل ‪ 10‬طالب‪.‬‬

‫يجب على جميع الطلبة إحضار وجبة غداء وماء معهم‪.‬‬

‫سيأتي األطفال إلى املدرسة كاملعتاد بالزي املدرس ي‪ .‬ستكون مدة العرض ‪ 90‬دقيقة إجماال‪.‬‬

‫نظرا ألن املدرسة بأكملها ستحضر السيرك‪ ،‬إذا لم يتمكن أي طفل من الحضور‪ ،‬فإننا نطلب من سيادتكم عدم إحضار طفلك إلى املدرسة‬ ‫ً‬
‫والبقاء في املنزل في هذا اليوم حيث لن يكون لدينا عدد كاف من البالغين في املدرسة خالل فترة الرحلة لرعاية األطفال الذين لن يحضروا‬
‫الرحلة‪.‬‬
