Steps:

1. Take out fully assembled BG series valves from packing bag;

Spot welding the valves to pipeline.
***Notes***
The purpose is preliminary fix, three or four spots should be enough;
Normally, slightly spot welding only produce small amount of heat and won’t hurt
flange seal.
2. Fully turn on the ball valve ( the handle direction should as follow figure shown),
disassemble all bolts(Part#1,#2,#3,#4);
3. Take away the valve body(Part#6) to clean and safety place;
Take necessary measures to ensure no scratch or pollution happens to the flange face
(Part#5&#7) & flange seal surface (Part#6);
4. Fully welding Part#5&#7 to pipeline.
5. Assemble valve body(Part#6) with bolts after two flanges cool down
(The right direction of bolts should as follow figure shown);
Turn off the ball valve.
