Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HENC").
The supplier of following items and service (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”)
acknowledges and complies following conditions.

 HENC only accept the attached deviation which was agreed during technical clarification
stage.
 Except for attached deviation, any other conditions that Contractor suggested in the quotation
shall not be accepted.
 Even though any technical documents are approved after the contract, if they don’t get formal
approval from HENC according to deviation approval procedure which will be settled after
the contract, all requirements of Technical Specification shall be valid.
