Exercise 1.- Instructions: Answer the following questions with complete
sentences.

1. Where did you go? I went on a trip to the town where my grandparents
live, which is in the state of Puebla and is called Chignahuapan.

2. Who did you travel with? Travel with my parents and my brother, since
we went to visit my grandparents.

3. How did you travel? We left in my father's truck from Los Reyes La Paz
to Texcoco, from there we took the Calpulalpan highway until you reach
Apizaco and from Apizaco to Tlaxco, from Tlaxco continue to
Chignahuapan.

4. How long did you stay? I stayed 4 days, we arrived on Thursday morning
and we returned early on Monday.

5. Where did you stay? I stayed at my grandparents' house, my mom's

parents.

6. What did you do there? We went for the day of the fairs since they do a
show in the lagoon about life and death, apart from this the fair and it
gets very good since artists such as Los Angeles Azules, Cristian Nodal,
etc. play at the fair.

7. What places did you visit? I visited the lagoon of Chignahuapan, the
center and I went to the fair at night.

8. What did you eat? I ate tamales, pan de muerto, champurrado atole,
some pieces of turkey, and tacos al pastor.

9. How was the weather? The weather there is cold, you need to be well
dressed.

10. Did you enjoy your summer vacation? If I enjoy them after I leave work

Exercise 2.- Instructions: Write a paragraph (150 words minimum) about your
summer vacation, you must include the following: activities you did, food,
places you visited, clothes, weather, people and transportation.
In my summer vacations I usually spend them working, but in the summer it's my
grandfather's birthday on my father's side, so we always go to Chignahuapan, but I really
like going there, we usually go out on a Thursday morning and hit the road I am from the
peace kings, so we take the Texcoco highway, then we take the Calculalpan highway until
we reach Apizaco, from Apizaco we go to Tlaxo and from Tlaxco to Chignahuapan, normally
I like to go dressed in a plaid shirt and some ankle boots, I even like to wear a hat, aya, all
of my father's family got together, he only has 4 brothers and 6 sisters, so we are only 28
grandchildren, and with that the party is made, the parties there they are unforgettable
because I live with my whole family cousins is something unforgettable, the next day with
some cousins I always like to go to the hot springs, to swim for a while, we always try to
arrive at 9 in the morning to be among the first in the Ibercas and we stay there until 3,
from there we bathe and go to the center, since on that date is the barbecue and pulque
fair, they are unforgettable moments but every year everything changes since not all of us
go and so I spend it on my summer vacation.
