welfare is that animal rights thinks that animals should

not be used for human usage. Animal welfare says that

humans can use animals for food and other things but in

a humane way.

Animal rights advocates completely against the use of

animals for the benefit of human as it should not be

Animal welfare should be handled as with the same

quality of care as humans.

rights/welfare advocacy and promotion.

ANIMAL RIGHTS
Animals may not be used for food.
This example tell to us that we must not used animal as our source of food
(for humans) because it is associated with animal cruelty and suffering.

ANIMAL WELFARE
The example for animal welfare distributes the concepts of health and

production, natural behavior; and feelings wherein animals are fit and healthy,

feeling good and free from suffering.

4. Research current issues in animal rights
and animal welfare.
Two brothers in Nueva Ecija got caught killing dogs that they

used for dog meat trading in their city last February 11, 2023.

Therefore, this kind of action violates animal rights as they use

dog meat for human deeds as the source of food. Also, it violates

the Animal Welfare Act, as they failed to treat the dog as a pet

and tortured the dog.
