Day 01 :- SRINAGAR TO SONMARG ( 90 Kms – 3 hour )

Welcome to Srinagar :- Arrival to Srinagar Airport, Group Pickup & transfer to Sonmarg. (90 Kms.).
Reaching Sonmarg and Check into the Hotel. Explore Beauty of sonmarg. You can visit Thajiwas Glacier
on Pony ( at own expense ) - Dinner and Overnight stay at Sonmarg.

Day 02 : SONMARG – KARGIL (150 KMS. - 5-6 hrs from Sonmarg)

After Early Breakfast, departure for Kargil en-route visit Zojilla Pass(11,500 ft) Enjoy Snow activities

After Breakfast visit Leh City sightseeing which includes Hemis Monastery – Oldest and Richest

Museum, Shanti Stupa. Evening free to explore Leh market on your own. O/n Leh. ( All Entry tickets

BOOKING PROCEDURE :
1. Advance Rs. 15,000 Per Person & Rs. 5,000 for Infant below 4 years, require at the time of
booking, which is Non-Refundable.
2. If you wish to Book Train or Air Tickets with us, Full Amount of ticket with agent service
charge will be require in Advance.
3. Balance Amount of the tour Must be Paid before 30 days before departure of the tour.
CANCELLATION CHARGES ( PER PERSON):
 If the Tour is cancelled before 30 days of the tour departure, Rs. 15,000 will be treated as a cancellation.
After that there is no refund.
 If Balance amount is not paid before 30 days of tour, we will cancel the booking and there will be no
refund. .
PLEASE NOTE :
 Ladakh is a high Altitude place in Trans Himalayas. It is a Road journey Destination. So Guest should be
aware of the destination as here the journey is more beautiful than the destination.
 Ladakh is a territory with a very limited vegetation and most of the vegetables & fruits are transported
from Amritsar, Jammu, Srinagar & Manali by road. Places like Nubra valley & Pangong Tso are remote
areas and hence there is limited supply of food items, groceries, vegetable & fruits at local markets.
Therefore, our buffet menus at Nubra & Pangong may have limited / repetitive options depending on the
availability of the items. Kindly co-operate for the same.
 Mobile with only postpaid ( Billing ) connection only works in J&K & Leh Ladakh. The best of all are
BSNL ( MTNL – Dolphin ), JIO, AIRTEL.
 In this region there is no relevance between the distance and time travelling as it depends upon the
conditions of roads, climate and congestion of traffic.
IN LAMAYURU, ALCHI, NUBRA VALLEY, PANGONG LAKE, TSOMORIRI LAKE, SARCHU/JISPA :
 Hotel/Tented accommodations available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
 There is no telephone landline connection and the guest has to bear with it.
 Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear with candle light.
 Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.
 Buttermilk & Masala Milk will not be provided at all places.
PERSONAL CARE :
 The guests are advised to take adequate personal branded medicines with them from their home town.
 The guest can take Dimox tablets on the prescription of the family doctor only. It is useful in High altitude
sickness.
 Please carry heavy woolens with you.
 Acclimatization is mandatory for visitors travelling by air. It is important to take complete rest for 24 hours
after arriving at Leh airport.
THINGS TO CARRY :
 Minimum Luggage, shoes, Woolen Monkey cap/Balaclava, Woolen Hand Gloves, Woolen Foot Gloves,
Jacket/Sweater, Wind sheeter, Thermal wear, Cap, Black Sun glasses / Goggles, Torch, Personal Kit - Tooth
brush and paste, Comb, Shaving kit, Sunscreen lotion, cold cream, etc, Personal Medical kit (Case file in case of
severe illness), Electral Powder, Glucon C or D, Camphor balls (Kapoor), Dimox tablets (Consult your family
doctors before taking it), Towel, Photo Address Identity proof original,
FOR PERSONAL MEDICAL KIT :
 You will not get the brands of medicines which are easily available at your home town. It is advisable to
you to take personal medicines from your home town only.
POINTS TO BE NOTED :
 If Roads from Srinagar to Leh via Kargil is not open due to heavy snowfall/ Landslides/ Political
issue/natural calamities/ uncertain events; then client can take flight for Leh at own expenses and can
continue with the Ladakh trip. Company shall not be held responsible for Road Blocks/ Natural calamities/
uncertain events.
 For clients are not going to Nubra Valley/ Pangong Lake will have to pay an additional cost for staying in
leh and not visiting these places due to what so ever reason. If Rooms are not available in the same hotel
then we will arrange for the rooms in the nearby hotels as per availability.
 For clients taking Night stay at Nubra Valley/ Pangong Lake/ Alchi/ Tsomoriri Lake will have to pack their
luggage and check-out the rooms of Leh Hotel. Take only 1 pair of clothes, personal medicines and
personal kit along with you. Rest luggage will be kept in the clock room of hotel in Leh.
 If roads for Nubra Valley/Pangong Lake/Alchi/Tsomoriri Lake are closed due to landslide/heavy snowfall
or any other natural calamities, then we shall try to provide accommodation in hotel in Leh subject to
availability of rooms in same hotel. Otherwise we shall provide rooms in other hotel as per availability at
prevailing rates at that time..
 No Blower or Heaters will be provided at Hotel/Camps in tour. You can take paying directly.
 Food menu as per availability of vegetables.
RULES & REGULATIONS :
 Extra bed person will be given roll over bed/mattress in every Hotel/Camp as per package.
 The tour itinerary finalized at the time of advance payment will be final and change in the itinerary is only
subject to condition.
 All Special requests like: Early Check-in/ late Check-out, Rooms with views, Rooms on same floor/
Adjacent Rooms/ Inter-connecting Rooms etc. will be subject to Hotels Rules & Regulations and as per
availability at the time of Check-in. It cannot be guaranteed prior at the time of Booking.
 We shall try to provide rooms in hotel on ground floor ( for any medical condition or senior citizen ) as per
availability only at the time of check in. But it cannot be guaranteed prior at the time of booking.
 Mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per room availability at the time of booking otherwise we will
confirm similar category hotel.
 All participants need to carry valid photo-address Identity proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter
Card, Passport) and keep along with you during full tour for security purpose. For small children please
carry Birth certificate/School photo Identity proof.
 Only 3 persons can be accommodated in One Room/tent in Ladakh tour.
 Kindly do not wash your clothes in rooms, prefer to give it for laundry service available at all hotel.
 We are only event managers, under which we will provide you the services of train booking, vehicle
booking, hotel booking, arranging food services and sightseeing. Although, we try our best to arrange and
render best services, yet we do not hold any responsibility on any account whatsoever; of the performance
of the hotels, airlines, trains, guide, transportation, opening of sightseeing places, other services or
anything else on which we do not have any direct control.
 We do not bear any responsibility whatsoever for any loss of life and property, death, damages, injuries,
etc. and also any consequences arising out of natural calamities, strikes, breakdowns, accidents, delay in
services. No refund would be given against it.
 In case of injury or severe illness where upon the participant has to be admitted to the hospital or sent back
to hometown by flight or any other means of transport, then those charges shall be borne by the participant.
 The Tour Itinerary & programme is subject to change without any prior notice.
 Cash, camera, jewelry, mobile or any expensive items should be carried at your own risk. If stolen or lost,
the company shall not be held responsible.
 Final confirmation of hotels & airline will be provided on full payment.
 Check–in and check–out in hotels will be as per hotel rules & regulations.
 For booking,Rs. 15,000 ( which is Non Refundable ) of the tour cost is required. Balance amount to be
paid before one month of the departure date.
 Due to political reasons, heavy rains, snow fall or any other natural calamities if the tour is to be cancelled
or dropped, then in that case the co. should not be held responsible for any extra charges. No refund/ stay
arrangements will be entertained by the company and all other additional charges shall be borne by the
Participant.
 No refund shall be payable to you if you leave the tour in mid-way or for any unused portion of the tour
due to whatsoever reason.
 No complaints will be entertained after the tour is completed. If any mismanagement happens during the
tour, the participant should immediately contact Mumbai Office. We will try to be helpful in every
possibilities.
 In case of accident during road journey the company shall not be held responsible for any loss of life /
luggage. We will transfer all the participants by another vehicle to the desired destination. All participants
will have to co- operate with the tour manager.
 In case of traffic jam/ uncertain events, if you reach the desired destination late or miss any sightseeing
then the company shall not be held responsible and no refund shall be entertained.
 The company has the right to change the hotels due to indeterminate issue arising at later stage which are
confirmed at the time of booking. No refund shall be entertained for that.
 The company is not responsible for Railways/Flights getting delayed or cancelled due to bad weather
conditions or any uncertain events. No refund/ stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and
all other additional charges shall be borne by the Participant.
 Company is not responsible for Loss/ Misplace of Luggage during Flight/ Train Journey.
 Avoid spending more time at High altitude passes.
 Do not expose your body for longer at high altitude passes.
 Please travel light with minimum baggage. In case of excess baggage you will have to opt for an extra
vehicle for carrying the excess baggage, the charges for which will be paid directly by you on the spot.
 All the disputes are to be settled subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
 The instructions given by our tour manager during the tour for your safety and smooth conducting of the
tour should be followed carefully.
 For Smokers, avoid smoking on high altitude and reduce the smoking during journey, as excess smoking
will harm you on journey.
 Don’t throw the garbage or any kind of dirt on road or at passes, suggest you to dump in your car or at your
hotel bin.
 While visiting Any Gompa, please take Lamas Permission for Photo or Video Shoot. Please follow Gompa
Rules while visiting Gompas. Please wear proper clothing while visiting Gompas. For Females: No Open
Hair, Short Skirts or any Short Dresses allowed at Gompas. For Males: No Short Pants or Sleeveless
allowed at Gompas.
 Hot water in most of hotels will be provided during morning and evening timings only, please clarify at
reception during check in.
 Flight schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
 A copy of Birth Certificate is mandatory for the Infants (7 Days – 23 Months) for issuing air tickets at the
time of booking. Infant ticket will be issued at additional cost.
 You will have to reach airport minimum 2 hours prior to departure.

 Baggage Allowance as per the airlines policy.
 Our Rules, Regulations, Booking and Cancellation Policy will be same for every tour booked with us.
 Due to traffic jam/ vehicle breakdown/ Train-Flight schedule disturbance, etc. if new reservation is to be
made then all that additional charges should be borne by participant only.
 Our interference is not possible for bargaining rates of Doly/Pony/Rafting/Camel Ride, sledge ride or any
other activities etc.
 In case, the guest is tested positive before the travel date then RT-PCR test report will be required & we
shall give Full credit note of the paid tour amount. And this credit note can be used for future Kashmir or
Leh-Ladakh travel only and not any other destination.
 In case the guest test positive while on the tour then there will be no refund of any kind and he / she has to
quarantine as per the state rules at own expense.
 We take it granted that all the participants who are enrolling themselves for the tour have carefully gone
through our rules & regulations and are abide to follow them.
