    Introduction
    The 1st line begins with a capital letter.

    Main part

    Your opinion is stated in the letter.
    Explanations of your view is given.
    Your arguments are supported with evidence and
    examples.
    Conclusion
    Finish with a concluding paragraph like
    (re)state your opinion/position/a strong statement
    summarize your findings
    outline possible consequences
    give your expectations from future articles on the
    issue
    suggest that the reader makes up his/her mind

    Closing
    The letter finishes with the author’s name and place
    of living.

    Language
    The letter is written politely by using
     conditionals
     questions instead of statements
     the passive voice
    The arguments are structured by using
     intensifying adverbs
     connectives
     subordinate clauses
