WEEK 3
At the end of the trainings the students should be able to know
Motion
*Types of motion
*Drafting and oral adoption of motion
WEEK 4
At the end of the trainings the students should be able to know
Commencement of civil trial
*Mode of commencement of action in the High Court and magistrate Court

WEEK 5
At the end of the trainings the students should be able to know
Commencement of Criminal Trial
* Instituting a criminal trial
* Who can bring a criminal action
* Power and limitations of the Attorney General
