Hello First Grade Families,

For those of you who I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet, my name is Anna

Baker, and I am Shelly Wells’ student teacher from CSU this semester. During my student

teaching this semester, I am building an online ePortfolio that I will turn in on May 1 st. On this

ePortfolio, I am adding “artifacts” from my time in the classroom, included in those artifacts are

pictures of your students during different centers. I am writing this to ask for consent to use the

pictures that I have of your students on my ePortfolio. It is a public website, and my professors,

as well as admission coordinators from University of Northern Colorado as I am applying for

graduate school at the end of this year post graduation. No other people will have access to this

link, and it will not be available to the general public. If you are okay with me using pictures of

your student, please leave a ‘yes’, or a thumbs up in the comments. If not a ‘no’ or thumbs
