This approach of measuring the achievement of a particular course learning outcome can provide two
very important observations as per followings:

1. It will indicate which course learning outcome the students have failed to achieve and consequently,
what remedial actions should be contemplated to rectify the situation.
2. This measurement technique will also indicate if a learning outcome has been achieved consistently by
all assessment tools assigned to it which further provide an insight into the consistency of the various
assessment tools in measuring a particular course learning outcome.
