- Based on the video I’ve watched, the 5 different operative functions of human resource
management are; (1) recruit & retain top notch talent, (2) act as mentors, (3) create
career development program, (4) resolve conflicts and (5) create a positive work
environment.
ACT AS MENTORS
- It is defined as an employee training system in which a senior or more experienced
person is assigned to act as a trainee's advisor, counselor, or guide. It is in charge of
providing assistance and feedback to a trainee or employee.
RESOLVE CONFLICTS
- It is defined as the formal and informal process used by two or more parties to resolve a
dispute peacefully. It is also the process of finding a solution to a problem.
