Dated: 08/11/2022 for expert opinion. Through PC 689 of PS Bhoompally.

Brief facts of the case are that on
08.11.2022 at 15.30 hrs the complainant Sri.
Mahankali Aanandam S/o Mallaiah, age: 58
years, Caste: SC(Madiga), Occ: Agril, R/o
Jangapally village of Mirdoddi mandal,
Siddipet District, on 08.11.2022 at 02.00 hrs
when the complainant’s father in law
Mahankali Pochaiah, S/o Mallaiah, age: 80
years, Caste: SC(Madiga), R/o Jangapally
village went to attend natural calls at Pedda
Cheruvu, Jangapally village meantime the
accused Sheripally Balaiah, S/o Chandraiah,
age: 52 years, Caste: SC(Madiga), Occ:
Farmer, R/o Jangapally village took a stick
and beat over back side of the head of
Pochaiah. As a result Pochaiah received
severe blood injuries and died on the spot. In
this case the accused arrested and sent to
J/R by the court on 17/11/2022.
M.O.No: 1) VISCERA of deceased Mahankali
Pochaiah. .
Viscera preserved by the medical officer Dr.
Vikas, C.A.S, Govt. Area Hospital, Dubbak at
the time of PME on 08/11/2022.
Q1) Please examine the viscera of deceased
and speak whether VESCRA is contains any
poison substance or not?
Q2) If found, please examine the same and
speak the full details of poison substance.

 mode of packing and seized by the Medical Officer, Dr. Vikas, Govt.
through whom and how the Area Hospital, Dubbak was packed and
parcel is sent.  It should be sealed is sent herewith through G. Madhu,
stated whether the articles
PC-689 of P.S. Bhoompally
are being sent through a
messenger or by rail or by
post and if the messenger
is a Police Constable, his
name and number should
be stated and the
Constable directed to
appear in uniform when
presenting the articles.
