*FRIENDLY APPROACH*
IMPORTANT:
- Remember to be the one who lead the conversation.
- Learn to use the tricky talk to know more information in natural way.
- Always talk with the purpose and list down all the information from clients.
-Impress the clients as much as you can using your professional knowledge and education
background.
- Make sure to prepare the next question or sentence for the customer to go on the
conversation.

1. After knowing their living place, show the customer your expression about that place.

Ex: I used to hear about your place in the news, it’s so fabulous.
- That is my dream place, I wish I could visit there once everything alright.
- Finally, I can have a chance to know the person in such a wonderful land.
- I used to see it in the trip advisor, it’s a heaven. ETC…

2. Age:
Talk about important dates and share your birthday so you can ask his birthday to
determine his age.

Ex:
- I am going 29 years old in this July, by the way what is your age?
- I think I will celebrate again my birthday by myself in this upcoming month. What
about you? When is your birthday?
- Hmmm you look good I like your (Direct compliment) I guess you might be around
30’s
- I will turn 29 years old this month, I feel like I’m not anymore young. And what about
yours? Etc……
