1- Introduce yourself :

- My name is Serag Eldine Mohamed, I’m 23 years old and I’m a student at faculty of
law Alexandria university. I’m now in my 2nd year.

- My plan A was to join Faculty of Pharmacy but I didn’t get enough luck with that so
I moved to plan b which was to join the Faculty of Law. I decided to study law
because I thought it will be great to have the chance to bring back rights to any
oppressed person, and also it was my father wish before he passed away.

- I have one brother, his name is Seif and he is 2 years older than me and one sister,
her name is Mariam and she is 11 years old.

- My father was a manger for a tour company in Sharm El sheikh but he died 5 years
ago.

- Therefore, I believe that I’m successful person because I was able to work and
support myself while completing my studies at the same time.

2- Work experience:
- I worked for 10 years, 7 of them were in pharmacies as a pharmacist assistant.

- I began as a delivery guy for 3 months but I learned so fast so I got upgraded to work in
data entry also because I was good at using the computer very well.

- After that, I learned more things like how to read medical prescriptions and how to deal
with customers and serve them. It was necessary to be patient with customers because like
you know most of them were old or ill. This is how I knew that I am a fast learner.

- I also worked for a year at El Gamea Labs. For the first 3 days, I worked as delivery guy
but there wasn’t so much work to do so I had too much free time which helped me learn so
much how things are done like blood analysis, pregnancy test, hormones test and CBC as
well as how to deal with tools and run machines. Therefore, the manger and the owner
decided to upgrade me to a chemist assistant.
- I also worked in Mobil market at Mobil gas station and I worked there for 6 months as a
sales and financial moderator. I took this job because I want to know If I have the ability to
run or mange a business and I did well with that but the salary wasn’t fair and I had to work
14 hours per day which was too hard.

- I also worked as a front desk agent for a company in the field of condo hotels and i was
responsible for managing reservations and local transportation for gustes .

- I also worked as Customer Care representative for Vodafone Eg in 888 GSM acc as a back
office and technical support agent for Majorel outsourcing for 2 years

3- Are you interested in Customer service field and why?

- There is a quote for Steve Jobs that says “there is always one more thing to learn“. During
my 8 years of working in medical field there was always something new to learn but after
high school I realized that all what I have learned and all what I can learn in the future can’t
help me to get a promotion or higher position any more. Maybe my knowledge will increase
and that’s a great thing of course but in the end I will never be equal to the pharmacist
because I didn’t study biochemistry, biology, or pharmacology like him.

At this point I started thinking: how can i use my skills and experience in another career?
and I found the customer service field completely perfect, because it does not require a
specific educational major. I will also be able to get promotions depending on my skills and
my work effort. In addition to that, it will help me to improve my language and my accent,
and the most important thing is that I will find more thing to learn like what Steve said.

4- Choose a movie or novel and start talking about it:

Okay so, my favorite series of novels is called ”Night In hell valley” written by Hassan
Elgendy in 3 parts. It talks about a guy who found an ancient secret which allowed him to
travel in time to try and save his lover from dying and by mistake he creating a multi-
universe so he had to fix this issue but without losing his lover.

OR

My favorite movie series is “Hunger games“

which talks about country from 12 districts and a capital. Every year the capital
organizes an event by choosing a male and female from every distract then set them
free into an arena forcing them to kill each other and the last one standing will be
the survivor and the champion.

5- if you became the most rich man in the world what you going to do
with this money ?

in fact I remember that my father asked me this question once when I was child, and
I started telling him the things that I will do with the money. 5 years later when I
was 15 or 16 years old he asked me the same question again but he told me this
time to answer after 7 days.

I spent the first day thinking about buying an amazing home and car
then told myself I should take a round all over the world then I started to think how
to invest this money. On the second day my grandma died and I loved her too much
In that time I realized that during the first day I didn’t think about any one expect
me !! I realized that whatever you will do with otherwise after a while you will get
bored and it will be useless and what really matters is not the amount of money or
things you gain. What really matters is that you share these things with the people
who you love and care for or it would be meaningless.
 6- Strength points in your personality
- I have a passion for learning. I spend most of my free time reading and learning about
things that I love like information security and information technology. I also worked for a
short time in fixing computers. I also set up a recording camera system for El Farouk
pharmacy while I was working for them.
- Fast learner

7- Weakness point
- Of course no one is perfect , I know that my English language isn’t the best but I’m
working to fix this problem. Recently I started using English with my friends.

You know the best way to improve any language is using it which isn’t easy in Egypt but I
believe that this job would help me to improve my language and accent.

8- University attendance

There is no attendance required for my faculty so I just need to attend the exams which is
usually in the beginning of January in the first semester and mid of May in the 2nd
semester.
