AECS Layout, Bengaluru - 560037 do hereby solemnly state and affirm as hereunder:

I am over 18 and otherwise competent to make this affidavit.

1. I am currently employed with Tesco and address Tesco Bengaluru Main Campus
81 & 82, EPIP Area, Whitefield Bengaluru 560066, Karnataka, India.
2. During the period June 2006 till January 2009, I was employed with IBM India
Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India in the capacity of Application
Programmer.

3. I am a co-worker of Mr. Tapas Tanmaya Mohapatra, who is working with me

from June 2006 till November 2008, for IBM India Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Andhra
Pradesh, India as an Application Programmer to my knowledge is a full time
employee during this employment.

4. I certify that as an Application Programmer, Mr. Tapas Tanmaya Mohapatra to

my knowledge performed the following duties:

 Maintenance and support to web application of major European telecom

provider
 Enhancements to client’s web application
 Solving and closing error tickets raised by client pertaining to their
applications
