PROPOSAL OVERVIEW
We have considered Supply, Design, engineering, Testing & Commissioning of ABB make
AC500 PLC and SCADA based control system.

SCOPE OF WORK:
 We have considered ABB make AC500 Control System with:
o Ethernet SCADA Communication Network
o Simplex I/O modules configuration:
 32 channels Digital Input module, 24V DC
 32 channels Digital Output module, 24V DC
 16 channels Analog input, current / voltage input
 8 channels Analog Output, current / voltage input
 Terminal bases for I/O modules
 We have considered I/O points as per the RFQ provided to us in the specification.
 8 Ch, 1 C/O, 24V DC Coil Relay Considered for Outputs.
 MCB’s Considered for electrical isolation of panel equipment’s.
 We have considered 10 A 24V DC, Power supply.
 We have considered Modbus Communication Network.
 We have considered 5 Port Ethernet Switch.

Compact HMI SCADA System:-

PAYMENT TERMS:
o 20 % Advance
o 80% Against Proforma Invoice

PRICE BASIS: Price offered is Ex-works Chennai.

WARRANTY: Our supplied items are warranted for 12 months from the date of supply.
During the warranty period, standard manufacturer terms are applicable for replacement.

VALIDITY: Our offer is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of this offer. Revalidation
of price and delivery shall be done if the offer is considered beyond validity period.
