VAYUSORB™ 6004
PELLET ACTIVATED CARBON

VAYUSORB™ 6004 is a 4 mm pellet activated carbon suitable for air & gas purification, solvent recovery,
industrial odor removal & VOC treatment. The cylindrical pellet shape provides a lower pressure drop & is
having excellent resistance to mechanical and thermal stress due to its high hardness. VAYUSORB™ 6004 is
manufactured from selected raw materials by steam activation under stringent temperature and pressure
thus less impurities solvated in liquid phase application.

Material Handling
Wet Activated carbon depletes oxygen from air, and therefore, dangerously low levels of oxygen may be
encountered. Direct body exposure should be avoided as a good hygienic practice. Avoid getting this
material in contact with your eyes. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact with this material. Wash
thoroughly after handling. Avoid the formation of airborne dusts. Appropriate protective equipments
should be worn. Long term inhalation of high dust concentration can lead to respiratory impairment. Use
forced ventilation or dust mask when necessary for protection against airborne dust exposure. Please see
