Product Description:
Activated alumina is a porous, high-dispersion solid material with a large surface area, and
its microporous surface has the characteristics required for catalysis, such as adsorption
performance, surface activity, and excellent thermal stability. It is a white spherical porous particle

Claus Catalyst B
At present, the widely used activated alumina series sulfur recovery catalysts, under the
working conditions of the Claus plant, often form sulfates due to the presence of trace oxygen and
organic sulfur in the feed gas, which causes the surface area of the catalyst to decrease and the
activity gradually lost. Under normal circumstances, the service life of the activated alumina series
sulfur recovery catalyst is about one year, and its deactivation rate is faster when the oxygen
content is high. The hydrolysis of organic sulfur often requires a higher reaction temperature,
which does not match the temperature of the Claus reaction, which is not conducive to the normal
progress of the Claus reaction.
The biggest feature of the titanium dioxide sulfur recovery catalyst is that it has the
characteristics of high conversion rate of low-temperature organic sulfur, strong "deoxygenation"
function, and it is difficult to form sulfate on the catalyst. In the Claus device, in addition to
promoting the Claus reaction, it also plays a purification role, thereby protecting the normal use of
the sulfur recovery catalyst and prolonging the service life of the catalyst.
The catalyst is mainly used to catalyze the reaction of hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide in
the Claus sulfur recovery process to generate elemental sulfur. The product has better sulfation
function and has been successfully applied in many industrial plants in China and the world.

Precautions:
1. In the case of high organic sulfur content, the space velocity can be appropriately reduced
to meet the process requirements.
2. It is packed on the upper part of the alumina sulfur recovery catalyst, which is equivalent
to 1/3 of the alumina catalyst, and the upper surface is scraped with a wooden board to avoid drift.
3. High oxygen content will affect the conversion of organic sulfur, but the conversion rate
will not be affected after returning to normal.

Claus Catalyst D
The iron oxide sulfur recovery catalyst is a highly active Claus and protective dual-function
catalyst for removing O2. The catalyst is mainly composed of a modified activated alumina carrier
loaded with an appropriate amount of active metal salts. When there is a "leakage of O2" in the gas
stream, it can catalytically convert O2 to SO2 (the conversion mechanism is as follows):

COS Hydrolyzing Catalyst

This adsorbent is a composite adsorbent with alumina as the basic carrier and adopts
the principle of physical adsorption. It can adsorb COS, H2S, CS2, CO2, and H2O in the gas phase
of hydrocarbons. The applications we developed:
1. In the production process of polyethylene, it can effectively adsorb TBC, H2O and catalyst
residues.
2. In the production process of polyethylene, polypropylene, and styrene, COS, CO2, and H2S

Chloride Adsorbent
In the petrochemical production process, the chlorine in the feed gas can cause a variety of
catalysts and adsorbents to poison, make the adsorbent and catalytic performance invalid, the presence of
chlorine will also severely corrode devices and equipment, affecting the normal operation of production.
Therefore, chlorine must be removed, and solid dechlorination agents are usually used to remove chlorides

CuO Sulfur Adsorbent
SOX is one of the main substances that cause acid rain and the greenhouse effect and
destroys the ozone layer. SOX emitted by coal-fired power plants is the main source of air
pollution. Flue gas desulfurization can be roughly divided into dry and wet flue gas desulfurization.
The dry flue gas desulfurization of supported transition metal oxides is generally valued because
of its advantages over traditional wet flue gas desulfurization.
The principle of dry flue gas desulfurization with renewable aluminum-based copper oxide is:
the flue gas flows through the alumina carrier particles in the reactor (located behind the low-
temperature economizer), the SOX in the flue gas and the copper oxide supported on the alumina It
reacts to produce CuO4 (300℃-500℃) to achieve the purpose of removing SOX in the flue gas. The
main reactions are as follows:
CuO + SO2 + 1/2 O2 → CuO4

CuO + SO3 → CuO4
After the desulfurizer is saturated with sulfur, it is regenerated by introducing reducing gas
(such as hydrogen, methane, etc.) to initially reduce CuSO4 to elemental copper. The elemental
copper after preliminary regeneration can be quickly oxidized to CuO by oxygen in the air, so that
the desulfurizer can be completely regenerated and recycled. The SO2 released by the desulfurizer
can be concentrated into sulfuric acid or elemental sulfur. The entire regeneration process is
carried out within the same temperature range of the vulcanization reaction, and the system does
not need to be reheated. The main reactions are as follows:
CuSO4 + 2 H2 → CuO + SO2 + 2 H 2O
CuO +1/2 CH4 → Cu + SO2 + 1/2 CO2 + H2 O
Cu + 1/2 O2 → CuO

Compared with the conventional method of flue gas desulfurization, flue gas
desulfurization advantage of aluminum is that the dry copper oxide high desulfurization efficiency,
sorbent can be recycled, and low cost; while the desulfurization and denitrification can
(desulfurized while passing the flue gas to Into the appropriate amount of ammonia gas,
ammonia will reduce NOx to N2 under the catalysis of copper salt); the desulfurization product
can be made into by-products such as sulfur or sulfuric acid, without producing solid or liquid
secondary pollutants; the flue gas does not need to be reheated after desulfurization. The key to
this method is to use a renewable desulfurizer with excellent performance. The desulfurization

This adsorbent is a composite adsorbent with alumina as the basic carrier and adopts the
principle of physical adsorption. The characteristic adsorbent AZ-CD can effectively adsorb
impurities in hydrocarbon materials, such as CO2, H2O, SO2, H2S, COS, ethers, and ammonia; it can
adsorb harmful substances produced in the process of petroleum and chemical production to

3A Molecular Sieve
3A Molecular Sieve is a potassium exchange with a pore size of 3Å (about 0.28nm), which
can be called a potassium molecular sieve; it is mainly used to adsorb water, because the diameter
of water molecules is about 0.26nm; and most gases are larger than 0.3nm, so 3A Molecular Sieve
does not adsorb any molecules larger than 3Å in diameter. It is a necessary adsorbent for the deep
drying, refining, and polymerization of gas and liquid phases in the petroleum and chemical
industries.
One of the main components of A-type molecular sieve is aluminosilicate, silica and alumina
tetrahedron, forming an lta-type structure, and the main crystal structure is an eight-membered
ring. In 3A Molecular Sieve, sodium ions are exchanged with potassium ions to form a 3Ar
(1Ar=1×10-10m) pore opening, which is 3A (also known as kA) molecular sieve.
According to the characteristics of industrial applications, we endow the product with higher

4A Molecular Sieve
4A Molecular Sieve is a sodium exchange with a pore size of 4Å (about 0.38nm). It can be
called a sodium molecular sieve. It can adsorb water, methanol, ethanol, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur
dioxide, carbon dioxide, ethylene, and propylene. It does not adsorb any molecules with a diameter
greater than 4Å ( Including propane), the selective adsorption performance of water is higher than
any other molecule. It is one of the most used molecular sieve varieties in industry.

1. Water treatment hard water softener, which can replace the sulfonated coal widely used
in our country, thereby reducing costs;

5A Molecular Sieve
5A Molecular Sieve is a calcium exchange with a pore size of 5Å (about 0.48nm) and can
adsorb any molecule smaller than this pore size. It is generally called calcium molecular sieve. In
addition to the functions of 3A and 4A Molecular Sieve, it can also adsorb C3—C4 normal alkanes,
ethyl chloride, ethyl bromide, butanol, etc. It can be applied to the separation of normal iso-
hydrocarbons and PSA pressure swing adsorption separation. And the co-adsorption of water and
carbon dioxide.

13X Molecular Sieve

The main components of X-type molecular sieve are aluminum silicate, siloxane and tetrahedral
alumina, forming a FAU-type structure, and the main crystal structure is a twelve-membered ring.
In 13X molecular sieves, sodium ions with a pore size of 9-10Å are formed, namely 13X type (also
known as NAX type) molecular sieves. The pore size of the 13x molecular sieve is about 10a. It can adsorb
any molecule smaller than 10a, mainly used as a catalyst carrier, co-adsorption of carbon dioxide, water and
