This standard provides plant instructions for the storage and handling of the material or material class listed above. The
information provided should be followed for reasons of safety and quality. This standard applies to any P&G site or contract
manufacturers using the materials listed above.
For safety specifics and detailed chemical behaviour of the material, the appropriate supplier’s SDS (Safety Data Sheet) should
be referred to.
This standard serves to form the basis for more detailed plant specific standard operating procedures and manufacturing
standards.

3. MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
The following are typical characteristics. For more specific information, refer to the SDS, contact the Raw Material TMO, or
contact the relevant Supplier listed in the Enovia.
The material is a soft agglomerate of Zeolite, Polyacrylic Acid sodium salt and Benzenesulfonic Acid 4 C10 – 13 – Sec-Alkyl
Derivatives.

Reason for Change: Correcting Shelf life.
Bags should be kept dry and away from humidity to avoid caking.
6. LINE CLEANING
Vacuum or low pressure hot water should be used to clean the lines and prevent airborne dust. Ensure equipment is thoroughly
dry before re-introducing the raw material.
7. SHELF-LIFE
The shelf life as defined by P&G is based on P&G Raw Material Stability Evaluation, relevant Finished Product Stability and/or
Finished Product Performance, and input from Suppliers.
Extensions of Shelf Life are permitted if material can be confirmed in spec and working as intended. Reach out to TMO for more
