STACKLINE B PC
STACKLINE B PC is a pure silica based chemically bonded two component castable. The dry aggregate and the dry binder components
are combined with water and mixed prior to placement. (See note below). This combination provides a unique bonding system which resists
acid attack in low pH environments. STACKLINE B PC develops good strength in ambient temperatures and gains strength as it is heated.

NOTE: STACKLINE B PC is the dry aggregate package and STACKLINE BOND is the dry binder package. Both components are
provided in pre-weighed bags. The STACKLINE BOND is added at the equivalent of 5.2% addition by weight to the dry aggregate
package of STACKLINE B PC.

SHOTCRETING: Shotcreting requires the use of an accelerant. Either SHOTLIME or STACKLINE ACCEL GEL 04 may be used.
Both accelerants require a dilution and are added at the nozzle when shotcreting. These accelerants create a gelling reaction and
enhance the adhesion to vertical walls and surfaces.
