Errors Establishing Encrypted Suitelink Communications

ANSWER

Various errors can be encountered when attempting to establish encrypted SuiteLink connections using System Management Server certificates:

WWSLS - Encrypted SuiteLink connection cannot be established.

Problem: Unable to access the required certificate necessary to establish an encrypted SuiteLink connection.
Possible Reason: Expected certificate not found or invalid.
WWSLS ![Multi-Line Message] - Encrypted SuiteLink connection cannot be established.
Problem: Encrypted SuiteLink connection attempt to/from node <kodsrv013> timed out
Possible Reason: Network interruption or congestion.
WWSLS ![Multi-Line Message] - Encrypted inbound SuiteLink connections are not possible in this configuration.
Problem: Unable to access the required certificate necessary to establish an encrypted SuiteLink connection.
Reason: The application account does not have the required permission to access the certificate.
