Just wanted show how accurate the heart rate monitor is. I was wearing a heart rate monitor
while walking on the treadmill. I was tracking my heart on the App and my new watch. And I
would say that they are fairly accurate. So far I have changed it for a full night Sunday night
and haven't needed to change it since. It's been 7 days and you can see in the picture it still
has 4 Bars. I will update and let you know how long ot takes to get to 1 bar

I bought this watch for my personal use and field use and I have found the following:

Pros:
1. Great low profile
2. long battery life (if you keep the functionalities limited and turn off HR monitor, can go 2
weeks+)
3. NVG compatible, with NVG mode on, nods can still see what time it is
4. Easy to use interface, with tactile buttons
5. great price if on sale

Cons:
1. Not as much customization of watch faces as other Garmin products
2. GPS is weaker, do not purchase this to rely on the GPS function, go with a Foretrex if you're
looking for a good GPS

Great watch. So far it has exceeded the quoted 14 battery life i got it on the 27th of August
and fully charged it that evening. And on the 10th of September which was 14 days it went
down to 1 bar. And its still going on the 13th of September this is soo much better and more
convenient then the day battery life I was getting from my fossil gen 5. Other then that I love
the feel amd look of it. I love the old school digital watch look. The fitness tracking seems to
work well. Its easy to connect to the garmin app. Only thing i would like to see is the ability to
connect the watch/app to my Google and Samsung fit accounts easier then using the health
sync app. Which costs around 4 bucks. But works well.

I bought this watch for my boyfriend for his birthday- he said that it is an excellent watch for the
price. It has Great smart watch features, excellent battery life, it looks good, it’s easy to read
and he enjoys playing with the different features.

If he had to pick 2 things that need improvement he would say-

1) the manual is horrible because there are so many features to this watch and they are not
even discussed. It doesn’t even actually come with the manual, the manual is online.
2) the navigation map- it leaves bread crumbs and is more of a guide than an actual map it is
not a replacement for Gaia GPS.

Overall he still absolutely loves it and give it five stars!

It is very complicated to work, but that is my issue not the watches so that's not really why its 4
stars. Battery lasts longer than expected, sturdy, has been in downpours and no issues. There
is no cover for the power plug in on the underside of the watch which is disappointing. It is
very accurate, however not overly reliable when trying to get grid references. At times my own
body will give off enough interference that it won't locate my position but strangely enough
sometimes in thick wooded areas it will. Would I buy this product again? Uh...if the price came
down probably, and if I was making lots of disposable income. It's not a bad watch though,
good quality.

not!! It is the tactical version only. That said, I like the watch and am keeping it as the price is
the same as anywhere else for this version.

TARATURA DELL'ALTIMETRO con i valori di riferimento locali per avere un costante dato.
ALTRA COSA IMPORTANTE, il valore altimetrico è influenzato dal barometro pertanto
potrebbe verificarsi una variazione dell'altezza in base anche alle variazioni di pressione
atmosferica. PER ULTIMO: per avere una massima precisione satellitare, attivare sempre
GPS+GLONAS questa doppia triangolazione satellitare vi porta ad avere una massima
precisione, consumerà un pochino di più ma la precisione è assoluta. attivate la tracciatura
solo per addentrarvi in sentieri o aree sconosciute, nel caso vi perdiate, la tracciatura vi
riporterà al punto di partenza. tale prodotto consideratelo un aito nelle incognite montane...e
non uno smartwatch

Beim Auspacken der Uhr fiel mir sofort und sehr unangenehmer Geruch auf, der
möglicherweise nicht von der Uhr selbst, sondern vom Schaumstoff aus der Verpackung
stammte. Es waren auch kleine Klebstoffreste an am Gehäuse sichtbar. Ich habe die Uhr
vorsichtig abgewischt, aber trotz des Tragens an zwei Tagen an frischer Luft, roch die Uhr
immer noch penetrant. Dann entdeckte ich den Hinweis auf der Verpackung, was dem ganzen
die Krone aufsetzte: "WARNUNG: Könnte Krebs oder Beeinträchtigung des Erbguts
verursachen". Und das bei einer Outdoor bzw. Fitnessuhr für gesundheitsbewusste
Menschen?? Sorry, geht gar nicht!! Die Uhr geht definitiv wieder zurück. Und es ist ist
jammerschade, denn die Uhr selbst gefällt mir eigentlich sehr gut. Sie ist robust, sieht gut aus,
ist nicht zu klobig, gut ablesbar, guter Funktionsumfang (das Verbinden mit meinem
Smartphone war mir allerdings trotz Installation der Garmin App nicht gelungen, aber ich
brauche das nicht unbedingt). Aber es nützt alles nichts, ich möchte für eine Uhr nicht meine
Gesundheit aufs Spiel setzen! Somit kann ich leider nur eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben.
Garmin sollte hier dringend nachbessern, und Uhren bauen, die keine krebserregenden Stoffe
enthalten.
