Central Placement Drive for McKinley Rice

McKinley Rice and few of its associated industrial partners are looking for students from
following streams during this Placement Drive activity:
● Civil Engineering
● Mechanical Engineering
● IT & Software Engineering - B-Tech / MCA / BCA / MCS / BCS
● Electrical Engineering
● Electronics and Telecommunication
● Positions of HR, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Business Development

Companies like Hyundai Motors Engineering, Rishabh Software and few more are looking
forward to hiring suitable talents.

McKinley Rice would bring three companies every week for students. Job positions from these
companies would be open for applications for only about a week and results will be shared
within 14 days by the respective companies and the same will be shared by us to the college
officials.

Remote Campus Drive - To allow our HR to manage applicants easily, we’ll utilize an AI
automated interview platform wherein students will be required to undergo domain specific
assessment tests and receive the scores accordingly for initial screening. Post that, selected
candidates will undergo a direct round of interview with the respective department heads.

Student Enrollment & Slot Confirmation - When we confirm your slot selection, your
students will have one full week to enroll on the AI automated interview platform in the given
week. We highly encourage you to regularly remind your students throughout the given week
because McKinley Rice and its partners are hiring students exclusively through this system, and
we don’t want students to miss their chances just like we don’t want to miss talented students.

Assessment Test - When students apply, they will be screened through 2-3 rounds depending on
the job post: resume, language ability test, Aptitude test, Technical MCQ test, task-based test, or
verbal interview. The entire interview process will be of 60 min of duration. These Job fit Scores
are then shared with the students and the respective companies for them to accept or shortlist the
student for further recruitment formalities.

McKinley Rice would bring three companies every week for students. Job positions from these
companies would be open for applications for only about a week. Typically within a span of 14
days, the respective companies will shortlist the candidates & it will be notified to college
officials.

Note- It has been suggested earlier and would request again to kindly enroll all the students
from all the branches during this 1 week. Continuous reminders would be rolled out by us to
inform institutions about the active job positions at that time enabling students to undergo the
assessment for the same.

Candidate enrollment & Applications - Candidates will have one full week to enroll & apply
for active job positions on AMS(CareerChat). We highly encourage college officials to regularly
remind all candidates throughout the given week as we don’t want candidates to miss their
chances just like we don’t want to miss talented candidates.

Technical MCQ test, task-based test, or verbal interview. The entire process will be of 60 min of
duration. These Job fit Scores are then shared with the candidates and the respective companies
for them to accept or shortlist the student for further recruitment formalities.

Note: Only the qualified candidates will be informed for the next round of discussion through
their college officials, if there is no revert from the employer that means either the employer is
reviewing the application or the candidate does not fit the employers criteria.

Regarding the student portal that you are part of, our Applicant Management System itself is
designed in such a way that the whole process will take place over this. It can't be merged with
any other portal. So, students will have to register in order to be part of this placement drive with
us.
