Crowdsourcing is widely applied in Digital Marketing sectors of Bangladesh. Most of the small
businesses and private offices uses survey based feedbacks and recommendations from
customers to ensure quality services. Most of the internet service providers use this strategy
to come up with better service ideas and more affordable package solutions. Through digital
marketing, they collect survey based information through some Q/A forms and come up with
new ideas as well as improving their current performance quality. In this pandemic, most
people are now into small businesses. Bakery, apparel, homemade dessert items etc. are now
the most trending small businesses these days. In order to improve these businesses with
new ideas like new item, most preferred item, customer satisfaction etc. people approach
through a survey using digital marketing strategy where crowdsourcing is applicable in a
broader sense.
