APPLICANTS PLEDGE OF FUTURE SUPPORT TO FFE

I have completed the application for FFE scholarship and confirm that all the information and
the supporting documents provided in the application is true and correct.
I understand that if any information is false or the supporting documents provided is found to
be false, then I am liable to return the entire scholarship amount received by me with interest
at 18 %. I understand that in addition, I am also liable for appropriate legal action both civil
as well as criminal for such an act. I will also be removed from the scholarship program.
I understand that I need to maintain regular contact with my Facilitator (on at least three or
four occasions in a year), keeping him/her informed of my progress and seek his/her advice
and counsel.
I give consent to FFE to share my data or other information (non-personal) for purposes
such as grants, fund raising, newsletter and media/press releases, etc.
I agree to respond to all FFE communication via email and phone in a timely manner.
I agree to participate in events/classes (online/classroom) and other preparatory or other
courses that may be offered by FFE as a requirement of the Scholarship Program as and
when they are introduced.
I understand that FFE supports scholarship through the generosity of several individuals,
companies and others who donate to the organization.
When I graduate and when I am financially able, I pledge to support the mission of FFE by
making donations to FFE to support the education of at least two FFE scholars in my
lifetime. I can do this by direct contributions and through my network.
I agree to submit copies of my final marks sheet along with the degree certificate obtained to
FFE upon my graduation.
I also pledge to keep FFE informed of any changes in my address and employment and
occupational status in future years as an FFE alumnus.
