This Schedule of Fees is effective as of 15 January 2017 and is applicable to all arbitrations commenced

on or after 15 January 2017. This Schedule of Fees may be amended from time to time and any revised
Schedule of Fees shall take effect as of the date determined by the Council. In all cases, the
administration fees and the Tribunal's fees shall be finally determined by the MCIA Registrar at the
conclusion of the proceedings in accordance with Rule 32 of the MCIA Rules.

The administration fees calculated in accordance with the Schedule below apply to all arbitrations
administered by MCIA and reflect the minimum and maximum total amount payable to MCIA.
