Technical Exercise Nº1

Number of Athletes: 12
Material: 4 balls, 4 turtle cones, 4 stakes.

Description: This technical training works: Driving with right


and left leg, stepping and passing. (Total Time 20min)

Arrows in BLACK refer to Variation 1. DRIVING THE BALL,


RUNNING and the course; Arrows in RED refer to Variation
2. DRIVING THE BALL, PASS and the course.

Execution:

Variation 1
- Athletes start carrying the ball, go around the pegs and
return to the starting point, stepping leaving the ball
stationary. The next athlete positioned in front of the cone
and positioned behind the last athlete in the line (4 times
using right and left leg alternately). (Time 10min)

Variation 2
- Athletes start carrying the ball, after going around the
stake, make the pass to the athlete positioned in front of
the cone. and stands behind the last athlete in line (4
times).
The contours will be alternated, when done on the right Exercises produced
side the pass will be with the right foot, when on the left by Cleomar Coach
side the pass will be with the left foot. (Time 10min)
