Direction: Kindly download the FinalExamDataset file sent to your respective emails. The Dataset sheet is
composed of 1087 records of the country’s palay and corn production based on annual data of each region.
Mock data were used for null records for several regions and year of production (2003-2009).

Follow the given instructions per item:

I. Descriptive Statistics:
1. [5 points] Compute for the measures of central tendency using Excel function and formulas.
2. [5 points] Display the Data Analysis result of volume of production, farmgate prices for irrigated
palay.
3. [5 points] Display the histogram result for the usage of Ammosul and Urea for yellow corn.
II. Pivot Tables
1. [5 points] Display a pivot table that will show the relationship of crops and volume of production,
by year of production.
2. [5 points] Display a pivot table showing the relationship of crops, average quantity of inorganic
fertilizer applied, by region.
3. [5 points] Display a pivot table showing the year of production and the farm gate prices by
region filtered by crops.
4. [5 points] What is the volume of production and year when the irrigated palay has its highest
production?
5. [5 points] Display the average volume of production of each crop per 5 years.
III. Dashboard [15 points]: Display the different graphs of the pivot tables you have generated in a
dashboard (in a separate sheet). All graphs should be filtered by crops, region and year of
production.
IV. Data Analysis: Run the FinalExamDataSet in RStudio and run the following:
1. [15 points] Test the normality of the following using histogram and numerical (Shapiro-Wilk)
techniques:
i. Volume of Production
ii. Farmgate Prices
iii. Average Quantity Applied
2. [15 points] Correlate and test for the significance of the relationship of the following:
i. Average Quantity Applied on Farmgate Prices
ii. Farmgate Prices on Ammophos, Average Quantity Applied and Crop
3. [15 points] Run the comparison of means using ANOVA:
