The guy tried to commit suicide and he was found

at around 4am and rushed to the hospital. The guy
either blames everyone or everyone feels they are
all to blame

I feel this song is about a teenage guy that

commits suicide.
"She threw her jacket on
And stormed off down the hall"
This guy's either girlfriend, sister, or mother is
called and told that he's in the hospital. She's
storming down the hall because she can't believe
he did this and is mad at him, but she is only mad
because she is scared.

"They got the call

And picked him up at 4am
And tore off down the road"

This refers to the ambulance. 911 was called at

around 4am. The 911 operator then dispatched an
ambulance to his location, and they went as fast
as they could to save him.

"And all the angels say oooh, oooh

You are all to blame
'Cause all the angels say oooh, oooh,
You are all to blame"

This is explaining how everyone ignored the signs,

how society has taught men and boys that
expressing emotions is unacceptable and you are
seen as or called "weak" or "gay" or a "faggot" and
how his peers are the ones who drove him to
killing himself, hence "You are all to blame."

I agree with the suicide theory.Here is how I think

it went down.This is just a guess on the
circumstances and what caused him to do it.

because she is mad.

To me I think its about someone who was so

heartbroken he committed suicide and in the note
he blames the girl for all the pain she caused him
and blames her for his suicude

To me, the song is about a guy who died in a

tragically way, maybe in a car crash. He did not
want to die, he loved the girl he was in a
relationship with and she loved him, too. They
were young adults and thought they'd have time
left, they both did not thought of death or ending
their own life. In the night the guy died, he was
driving by car to his girlfriend, she called him up
and expected him to come around. Suddenly two
cars- the car of the guy and another car- collided,
someone called the ambulance and they picked
them up at 4am. The guy was brought to the
hospital and someone, perhaps a nurse called his
girlfriend up and told her what happened. She
went to the hospital but her boyfriend was about to
die, so she just got the time to say goodbye.
The chorus "and all the angels say oooh, oooh,
you are all to blame" means that everyone was in

I think that

Is how this person's female friend, girlfriend, sister,
or mother gets the call in the middle of the night
because he ended up in the hospital and the 4 am
segment refers to getting a call pertaining to this
person attempting to commit suicide the
ambulance coming to pick him at 4 am and
rushing to the hospital.

I think it means a girl was told by a very brief

phone call that her friend/boyfriend was rushed to
hospital because of trying to commit suicide but
instead got injured and him and her got into and
argument/broke up for him to then try and commit
suicide I don’t really know but I just get the feeling
that could be partially correct

It begins with a girl and a depressed boy getting in

a fight (assuming they are in a relationship). The
boy tries to kill himself, and at 4 am is taken to the
emergency room. The girl feels guilty and like she
caused him to do it.

It starts about a girl getting a call and storming out

of her house. She picks up a guy, who was in
trouble and she get's angry at him. Then
something happens again. She goes to the
hospital and finds out the guy had an accident and
is probably going to die. The girl feels guilty, like
she is to blame. She thinks maybe if she said she
is sorry it will be fixed but she knows that it doesn't
matter anymore, she thinks it's her fault. Maybe
it's also about her being scared to be told it's her
fault by other people.
