Manufacturing Process
Studbolts are made from long length of bars. We
sell studbolts and nuts plain, Mastercote PTFE
coated, Cadmium, Zinc Nickel Plated,
Galvanised or other types of coatings.
Electroless Nickel plating is also available.

In-House Furnace
B7M/2HM and L7M/Gr 7M are produced in-
house (tested and certified). These are then
oiled, grit blasted, plated or Mastercote finished.

Special Materials available on order

B8T, Titanium, Duplexes, Monel 400, K500,
Hastlloy, Incoloy, Inconel, Nimonic, etc.
Bronzes: Phosphor bronze, brass, aluminium,
manganese bronze, Silicon bronze.
M*RAK :
CABLE SUPPORT SYSTEMS

M*RAK incorporates several ranges of Cable Support Systems including ladders,

trays, trunkings, wire-mesh trays, channels, concrete inserts, cantilever arms, cleats,
fasteners & accessories.

M*RAK are used in high specification applications such as

oil rigs, power plants, airports, petrochemical and chemical
plants and in high quality industrial, commercial installations
and buildings.

CABLE SUPPORT SYSTEMS
The ranges differ in loading capacity, design, material, and
finishing. Materials range from stainless steel, mild steel,
electro-galvanised, pre-hot-dip galvanised and high silicon
steel, to aluminium. Finishes range from hot-dip galvanised
(BS729), epoxy powder coated, to top quality
Fluoropolymer coated
Our cable ladders are successfully load tested and certified
to NEMA 5E standards. Cable trunkings are tested and
certified to
SS249:1981.
The M*RAK has been designed to facilitate fast & easy
installation of cleats and cables. No special tools are
necessary, it can be mounted horizontally or vertically on
cable tray, ladder racking, 41mm wide channels or any flat
surface. A high specification, all-metal, cable cleat is
suitable for marine, chemical & generally harsh
environments. Fire resistant units are also available.

The DIMET brand, originating from Australia,

has been established in the Cathodic protection
field in Asia since 1970 & renowned worldwide.

• Galvanic Anodes, Offshore structural anodes

(for platforms, jetties, wharves, etc)
• Pipeline bracelet anodes (for both onshore and
offshore pipelines. Sacrificial Anodes
• Marine anodes (for hull, tank, etc).
• Magnesium anodes (for onshore underground
structures).
• Impressed Current Anodes (e.g. Transformer
Rectifiers and ICCP anodes).
